WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO SHIP AND ARRIVE?
Orders are processed and shipping within 5-7 business days. Delivery time will vary depending on your region and the shipping method chosen. Please note that turnaround times may be longer during the holiday season and launches due to the high volume of orders received.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We currently ship to:
- Canada
- United States
Shipping ceramic items poses a lot of risk for the buyer should your order become lost or broken. There is also a lot of risk for potters as we lose the time, labour, value of each one-of-a-kind piece, in addition to expensive shipping rates. If you are interested in shipping prices outside of Canada and the United States, please send me an email at shayne.berlin87@gmail.com for a quote.
WHAT ARE YOUR SHIPPING RATES?
We offer a few different options in terms of shipping pricing:
For Canadian orders, we offer weight-based rates which are calculated at checkout or $25 flat rate tracked shipping.
For United States orders, we offer weight-based rates which are calculated at checkout or $25 flat rate tracked shipping.
I PUT IN THE WRONG ADDRESS AND MY PACKAGE NEVER CAME!
Your order will be sent to the address you’ve provided when purchasing. Unless you e-mail me and ask to send it elsewhere, Shayne Berlin Ceramic Artist cannot be held responsible for lost orders. Please carefully enter your address and double check it before purchasing; if you notice a mistake get in touch asap or your order will be sent to the address you typed in.
CAN I GET AN UPDATE ON MY ORDER?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to become available.
